As the tourism industry becomes ever more competitive, the need for excellent customer service increases. Customer service today goes way beyond 'have a nice day' and is often so influential in generating business that it has become part of the marketing strategy for many businesses.
The Partnership promotes the Welcome to Excellence Programme of Customer Service, this being the established and well respected industry standard.
