Courses start from just £35 per person and are designed to help build knowledge, skills and develop your professional assets.
The Partnership's support and training for the tourism industry uses, where possible, funds secured from external agencies and funding partners. This funding helps to subsidise the courses making them the best value around. These courses are for anyone who welcomes visitors to the area or who manages a tourism related business.
The Partnership supports the drive to achieve a lasting legacy from the 2012 Games.

One day course designed to help managers and business proprietors to implement an effective customer service strategy for their business. From this day you will learn how to create individual action plans to build reputation and repeat business.
